Scotty R. Ortega | MD

Scotty R. Ortega, MD is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He has been in practice since completing his training at the St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, Ohio in 2009. Since moving to Odessa, TX in 2012, Dr. Ortega worked as a hospitalist and in 2015 opened his own Private Practice. The love and compassion for geriatrics, he rounds in several Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Centers in Permian Basin.Dr. Ortega enjoys mentoring clinical students in geriatrics and family practice. His hobbies include spending time with his family (wife Laura and 2 daughters) and volunteering in the community.
